On May 3, 2003, 40,000 teachers and concerned citizens marched at the Empire State Plaza in front of the State Capitol in Albany, NY to protest drastic budget cuts in the State education budget. The event was sponsored by a coalition of associations and unions from all across New York State.

GCG provided all technical aspects of the rally including two large LED Video walls, five camera live video coverage, a state-of-the-art sound system for the ninety-eight acre Empire State Plaza, and stage management for the program which included live performances and speeches from over 40 politicians and celebrities.
